I am a breathwork guide who helps people build safety and connection within to empower them to lead vibrant lives in the world.

I offer approachable private breathing sessions, group classes, and educational workshops to create spaces where people feel fully seen and valued, and can step into the most embodied, authentic versions of themselves.
